Tour De Puri- sounds awkward. Isn’t it? For me this is going to be the second attempt to touch down my feet on the windy sea-shore. The magical surges bustling with foamy bubbles are calling me from the core of their historical origin. And I am waiting to get my responsive organs stunned with the eternal beauty of Jagannath Dham (Holy God Jagannath). I squeezed my forehead and eyes couple of times before deciding to make it to this eastern coastal part of India. The reason is I had been to Puri quite a few times before and got to see enough snaps of the place from my friends and relatives. But anyway I didn’t cover Chilka (A brackish water Lagoon) last time. So it won’t be a bad idea or unjustified to visit the same venue as Chilka to me is like a cherry on the top of an ice cream.
Going there it would be 3 days itinerary and I am going to surf Puri temple on the Day 1, Chilka on the Day 2 and Local sightseeing on the 3rd and returning day. It’s a short trip but would look for maximum adventure and tireless travel. The objective is to make a quick pack up within scheduled hours and cherish every moments there.
I had done it earlier too for Digha, North Sikkim where time constraint was the challenge for me to fight with. The only difference is- my wife (The best gift a man can have) would join me this time. Hardly 20 days remaining. Will keep you updated once back from the tour.
